Pizza Rolls

DSC_1176

For the second day of the ‘1 ingredient 3 dishes’ theme, I made some quick and easy Pizza Rolls. Though I have made quite a few pizzas and posted different recipes on this blog, I always missed out on pizza rolls. So I figured this would be the perfect time for me to make good on that. The husband and daughter liked it which is a huge point in its favour. Hopefully I can come up with some variations with this in the near future. I adapted the recipe from my Herb and Garlic Rolls and we had a fabulous snack on this beautiful winter evening.

Why I like this Bread?

I am on a lazy spell for the past few weeks and so these pizza rolls are perfect for that. It needs only a single rise and can be easily made with most ingredients readily available at home. These pizza rolls work as a sumptuous snack for kids and adults alike.
