There are so many options for the alphabet G but me being the eternal garlic lover had to pick this delicious garlic rice. This is a simple and flavourful rice that is so easy to make and works best for a work night dinner. This garlic rice can be paired with any dal or mixed vegetable or paneer gravy dish.

I do not like much of garlic, but try to add it in all the food I can due to its health benefits. Making rice using garlic is new to me and looks like a must try.
