Lots of things have been happening this weekend past month. The daughter secured admission in a nice school far from where we stay. That required a move in to the new locality which incidentally is close to the husband’s work place. Since everything happened kind of last minute, I have been running around like a headless chicken trying to manage 20 things at once. We moved in few days ago and I am now typing this buried under a huge pile of stuff.
Only when you move out do you realise how much stuff you have. I guess it should take me another week to burrow my way of this huge mountain of ridiculousness. I tried hunting for my camera and laptop but in vain. So this post is only through the phone. Do bear with me.
This was our snack today. Yummy kuzhi paniyaram with this spicy coriander and peanut chutney. I tossed in whatever I could find in the kitchen but it turned out nicely.
Makes one small bowl
WHAT WE NEED
1 small bunch fresh coriander
2 tbsp Peanuts, roasted
2 tbsp Fried onion
1-2 Green chillies
1″ Ginger, chopped
WHAT TO DO
- Add all the ingredients to the blender jar
- Add water and blend to a coarse paste
- Serve with your favourite snack
